Wrapping up my final workshop was very sad but also really great because I got to see the process of seeing everyone make clothes and it was truly a great experience.
To begin I had about 5 girls plus my two teacher, Ms.Rad and Mr. Davidson. This was the perfect turnout because I didn't think I would have enough supplies for everyone to make lots of creations, but luckily I had the perfect amount. The workshop lasted about 2 hours and we all had so much fun. This was by far my favorite workshop I've had. I feel that it was a success because I had enough resources for everyone to refashion clothes to their hearts desire. I had made about 3 tee shirts and me and Rad made a scarf! The others had make personalized tee-shirts, like one embellished with cut up CDs and another with lots of glitter. All in all what we had made was very good, and I think that for my fashion show, I'll have lots of pieces to show the DLR girls!
I will keep you updated on the Fashion show and how I'm planning that!
I am Domenica and I am a student for the experimental, study course at Oregon High School called the OHS Open Program.
